Insurance

  • Carefirst/Blue Cross Blue Shield -- I accept a limited number of insurance plans affiliated with Carefirst/Blue Cross Blue Shield. Please contact your insurer to review coverage details and confirm if I am paneled with your particular plan. If you have difficulties with obtaining this information, I can support you with navigating this process.

  • Cigna - Please contact your insurer to review coverage details and confirm if I am paneled with your particular Cigna plan.

  • Medicare

  • Out of Network - I am also an out of network provider.  Please contact your insurer to determine if you have out of network benefits. Your insurance company should also be able to provide you with information on what percentage of reimbursement they may offer in reference to the rates listed below.  I will be able to provide you with invoices to submit to your insurance company.

FEES

  • Initial therapy intake - $170 per hour session

  • Regular therapy session - $150 per 53 minute session.

  • Consultations/letters - $135 per hour, billed in 15 minute increments

PAYMENT

  • Cash, check, HSA, and credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, & American Express). Apple & Android pay are also accepted.
